Field Based Service Engineer

Here at Complete Refreshment Solutions, we are looking to expand our fast-paced energetic team with an experienced Field Service Engineer. This role will appeal to a self-motivated individual who is proactive and works well under pressure. You will be customer focused and able to work towards agreed SLAs to enable you to offer the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and PDI machines for installation
  • Complete machine installations at customer premises
  • Be competent to train staff on DIY sites
  • Liaise with customers when attending customer sites
  • Communicate with the Service Desk
  • Ensure the completion of calls and update the in-house system accordingly
  • Completing filter changes, valets and re-calibration
  • Provide a friendly and efficient service to all of our customers
  • Be smart and presentable at all times with a flexible approach to work

DBS Checks will be completed by the company.
Full Clean UK driving licence required – regular checks will be carried out on driving licences.
Transit size van will be provided for business purposes.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week – 8 hours per day plus 30 minutes unpaid lunch.

Experience

  • Technical and mechanical experience essential
  • Experience working with Evoca and Crane machine machines would be beneficial
  • Basic electrical understanding/experience essential
  • Digital media experience would be an advantage
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic with good written and verbal communication skills

  • Hygiene

  • Full manufacture training will be provided

Vending Operator

Here at Complete Refreshment Solutions we are looking to expand our fast paced energetic team with an experienced Route Operator. This role will appeal to a self-motivated individual who is proactive and works well under pressure and will be customer focused.

The role for the candidate:
Reporting to the main depot to restock throughout the week; the successful candidate will be responsible for your own set customer route for which you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance and sales of items stocked int the machine. You will need to be a team player and flexible to cover other routes if required. The role involves some heavy lifting of stock and so will require a good level of fitness and the candidate must have the ability to work to schedule, independently and use their initiative whilst in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and replenish machines to ensure the companies high quality hygiene and efficiency standards are maintained
  • Merchandising product ranges to maximise sales based on demand
  • Responsible for correct completion of route paperwork on handheld device
  • Maintain good communication with the office
  • Collection of cash from machines from your designated customers
  • Responsible for rectifying minor 1st line faults on machines and recording those service faults encountered that cannot be resolved
  • Providing feedback to the office relating to changes, areas of concern and communications from customer sites
  • Working with Operation Co-ordinator to ensure optimisation of routes and machine efficiency
  • Liaising with engineers and office following new machines installs
  • Under supervision of Operation Co-Ordinator providing cover for colleague’s routes when necessary
  • Ensuring van is kept clean, tidy, and properly maintained with support from the office
  • Attending team meetings when required
  • Attending training when necessary
  • Provide a friendly and efficient service to customers – ensuring you’re a personable, professional, and presentable
